Chefs John Stephenson and Evan LoJacono will team up with Edgar Victoria of Alebrije for a one-night-only pop up, January 31, 4-8pm. With an emphasis on tortas from Victoria’s hometown of Mexico City, the menu will feature a variety of local & seasonal ingredients. Also appearing will be a posole rojo ramen featuring handmade noodles from Black Dynasty Ramen, as well as house cream puffs with hibiscus jam.
