Celebrate the New Year at The Hart with a special five-course menu courtesy of Chef Michael Gibson



Aloha, 2021! at The Hart is a Pacific Rim-inspired occasion featuring a special five-course pairing menu ($99 per person) from Chef Michael Gibson. Complete with a live DJ stationed on the elevated stage above the bar, the ticketed dinner begins at 6:00 pm, followed by a party for anyone looking to be transported to the islands.... without ever stepping foot outside of Nashville. The Menu:

Course 1: Scallion Pancake w/ smoked onion hoisin, served with Henriot Champagne NV


Course 2: Shaved Brussel Salad / Brussel sprouts, fine herb, everything croutons, radish, anchovy dressing, served with Chateau Argadens Bordeaux Superior

Course 3: Vegetable Miso Soup, served with Hakutsuru Organic Junmai Sake served cold

Course 4: Yaki Course with Hapa Rice (Bone marrow / whole lobster tail / Prime Rib / Head on shrimp) served with warm Proper Sake Diplomat


Course 5: Yuzu sake Ice Cake

Reservations are required for the NYE dinner, and spots are limited. If you do not see a time available please call us and we will let you know our availability. Free street parking will be available, as well as paid parking and valet in the BentoLiving hotel lot.
