As colder weather moves in for most of the country, what’s more perfect than a warm bowl of ramen to lift your spirits? Nashville’s first dedicated (and favorite!) ramen shop, Otaku Ramen, seeks to provide the perfect communal space for guests to come together over a bowl of ramen, especially in the winter months ahead. Designed for those on-the-go and craving a comforting bowl to enjoy during all of life’s big and small moments, Otaku’s three locations are beloved in the Music City, and the brand has growth and expansion on the horizon for 2023.
On the Menu
Otaku’s ramen bowls are expertly crafted with two types of broth available, Paitan (a.k.a. cloudy broth featured in the most popular of Otaku Ramen’s bowls, Tonkotsu) and Chintan (a.k.a. clear broth in the Shoyu Ramen). Some menu favorites include the vegetarian Tantanmen Ramen (made with vegetable + miso broth), Tennessee Tonkotsu (made with pork bone broth), the Hot Chicken Bao Bun, Gyoza Dumplings, and the Japanese Fried Chicken (JFC). Otaku also offers an extensive beverage program that includes Boba and a selection of Japanese sakes and local beers.
