During recipe development for the White Bread Burger, the White Limozeen culinary team, led by restaurateurs Marc Rose and Med Abrous of Call Mom, was inspired by the universal nostalgia factor of biting into a white bread sandwich during childhood summers. Staying true to the restaurant’s ethos of combining high-brow techniques with comfortable, familiar tastes, White Limozeen takes the burger to the next level with elevated, local, and house-made ingredients, including Bear Creek Farm beef (from Leiper’s Fork, TN), onion caramel (a fun take on caramelized onions), brie, pickles, mayo, and mustard.
