Say hello to the best flavors of the season! Carrabba’s Italian Grill has launched delicious Spring Specials for guests to enjoy including the Tuscan-Grilled Lamb T-Bone. This entrée is prepared with the signature grilled baste and olive oil served with a bourbon mint demi-glace and pairs perfectly with Il Borro “Pian Di Nova”.
Available through May 27, additional dishes, drinks, and desserts to savor include:
· Linguine Primavera: Linguine with asparagus, peas, roasted tomatoes, and artichoke hearts tossed with basil pesto cream sauce.

· Shrimp Scampi: Garlic, white wine and our lemon butter sauce served with toasted garlic and herb bread.
o Pairs well with Ecco Domani – Pinot Grigio
· Refreshing Passion Pear Spritz: New Amsterdam, Passionfruit vodka, desert pear, fresh lemon and pineapple juice topped with Riondo Prosecco
· Decadent Limoncello Bread Pudding: House-made limoncello and vanilla custard-soaked brioche bread with limoncello syrup and vanilla ice cream.

Lunch at Carrabba’s now includes a new bistro sandwiches combo menu filled with innovative takes on classic Italian favorites. From Steak Marsala to Bruschette Chicken, customers have their choice of six satisfying combos served Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm. Combos start at $13.99 and include a sandwich and a side. Guests can also enjoy endless soup, salad, and bread for $9.99 in addition to other lunchtime favorites.
