The Hart
They say great power comes with great responsibility, but what they really meant to say is "great cooking." Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and while it is the ultimate holiday for foodies and self-proclaimed chefs, it also requires a lot of kitchen clean up. This year, The Hart is helping you ditch dish duty and take a holiday vacation with their Tropical Thanksgiving Package.
Prepared by Chef Ryan Costanza, the Hart's tropical holiday feast includes your voice of 2 whole roasted Peking ducks or Kalua Pork (with Smoked Ribs, Banana Leaf Shoulder, and Char Siu Belly!) plus the following sides:
Hawaiian Sweet Cornbread Stuffing with Portuguese Sausage and Maui Onion
Japanese Pickles
Hoisin Sauce
Macadamia Pesto Sauce
Cucumber Chili Crisp Salad
Charcoal Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Miso Caramel
Roasted Potatoes in Furikake Butter
Brussels Glazed with Kimchi BBQ
Rice
Roasted and Grilled Pineapple
And because no meal is complete without dessert, the package also comes with Costanza's Pumpkin Panna Cotta and Macadamia Streusel.
Chef Constanza's instructions to reheat each item is included with each order. Priced at $300, The Hart's Tropical Thanksgiving Package feeds 8 guests and is available for pre-order HERE. Pick up is available from 4 to 9 pm on Wednesday, November 23.
